One of the most popular features of Comala Document Management and Comala Document Control is their electronic signatures, which validate the identity of a person approving a Confluence page. This feature is helpful  for a variety of teams, but is especially critical for those in compliance environments. Last year, we added a new option for teams to validate these electronic signatures with signing tokens, instead of using their Confluence username and password. We’re happy to share that the inWebo Authenticator is now integrated with our Confluence Cloud apps, giving those teams using signing tokens a great option for validating their approvals.

inWebo is a key international player in the cybersecurity industry, providing a full SaaS multi-factor authentication solution known for being user-friendly and simple-to-use.

Recently, a customer approached us with a request to integrate with inWebo’s authentication product, and it didn’t take our team long to see that their software would be a good fit for our app. Thanks to inWebo’s ease of integration, all it took was a reasonably short development and testing cycle to go live on March 1st, 2021.

The inWebo team is excited for our users to get a look at the tool. “With this integration, Comalatech users will benefit from a passwordless and ultra-secure MFA solution using inWebo’s random dynamic keys patented technology. A key feature to meet compliance requirements while simplifying e-signature user experience.” says Daniel Baloche, USA Cybersecurity Sales Manager at inWebo.

If you’d like to try electronic signatures featuring inWebo’s MFA for yourself, both Comala Document Management Cloud and Comala Document Control Cloud are available to try for free for thirty days. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace to get started.
