As of May 1st 2019, Comalatech has increased the prices for the server versions of two of our Confluence apps, Comala Workflows and Comala Publishing.
As of today, Comalatech has started the process of removing the Atlassian Marketplace listings for two of our apps, Yoikee Creator and Leaflet Maps. Furthermore, on August 1st 2019, Comalatech will stop providing maintenance or updates to the apps, and that date will serve as their official ending.
Comala Workflows and Confluence are an integral piece of many teams' document control system. However, more and more teams are using Workflows to go beyond just managing documents, to actually managing how work gets done. This is referred to as "process management", the act of utilizing technology to move work forward.
At the end of 2015 we joined our friends in the Atlassian Ecosystem in committing to a new corporate giving initiative - Pledge 1%. Since then we've been joined by hundreds of tech companies who have all agreed to donate 1% of either their yearly profits, equity, product, or employee time to not-for-profit causes. We're pleased to announce that once again Comalatech has kept our Pledge 1% promise in 2018.
Comalatech is very excited to announce the release of Comala Approvals (for Confluence Cloud and Server), and Comala Workflows Lite for server. The two new apps join Comala Workflows, and Comala Workflows Lite (cloud) as a part Comalatech's review and approval "family" of apps.
It's one of the most common questions we get asked, "can Confluence documents be archived with Comala Workflows?". In the past we've suggested a workaround, but a new integration between Workflows and cPrime's Power ScriptsTM for Confluence has made automated archiving a reality.
With thousands of users choosing Comala Workflows to manage their reviews and approvals it's only natural that developers would like to make use of that workflows activity in their own projects. Comalatech provide a REST API that gives developers access to a variety of workflows data that can be used inside and outside of Confluence.
One of the biggest challenges in Agile development is efficient planning. At the upcoming Deiser Enterprise Day Comalatech is hosting a workshop that will give teams the tools and techniques they need to be effective Agile planners in Jira.
